i adored the helpful staff! the breakfast provided many choices and was very tasty. the pools are wonderful and well-kept. the beach is easily accessible and great for a morning stroll.

some areas of the hotel looked dated. i noticed some minor wear, especially in the landscaping near the walkways.

The photos online misled me. upon arrival, i was directed across the road to an older condo complex. the room lacked nice views. i also saw a cleaner sweeping dust into the pool one morning, then washing dirty buckets in that same pool, which bothered me.

The staff prepaired breakfast early because of an early tour i did. The sunset view amazed me, especially while i had a cocktail at the beach bar. Rooms are really big and cleaning happened daily.

The staff was ALWAYS smiling and helpful, nothing was to much. Reception staff speaks fluent english, no problems. Renting a motorbike for local trips was simple THANKS to the staff.

the gym equipment looked slightly dated , specifically , some of the treadmills showed signs of wear and tear.
